Anyone else reading/already read the Lorien Legacies? I tripped over "I Am Number Four" at the local B&N a couple of months ago, and used the last of our (last Christmas's) gift card from work on it. Now I'm halfway through "The Power of Six" via the library (there's a branch at the mall where I work, yay!). Just wondering if anyone else on my flist was hooked, too?

I AM!!!!! (figures, right? lol!) I just got the 'The Power of Six' from the library. I have to finish one other book and then I'm onto that one. ^___^!!!

Thought we'd hear from you! ^__^ Weiss is totally hooked on that series now. The only complaint he's had is when Four gets all teenage-horny-stupid and does something that no action hero in his right mind would even think about, but then again, he IS a teenager, so at least it's kind of accurate there. ~_^

Loz needs to blog about the books he's devouring now, too. He's reading Cherie Priest's "Clockwork Century" series, a re-visioned American history setting with Steampunk elements and zombies. ^___^

Ooooh, "Clockwork Century" I'll have to keep a look out for that series!

Speaking of zombies and diverting from books (shame! I know), the Walking Dead series on AMC is really interesting. It focuses more on the human element than the zombies as you follow the story from the main character's POV. The first season is streaming on Netflix.
